Warranty

You can return all items purchased from us within 30 days free of charge. Please use the original carton for the return delivery.

In accordance with your right of return, you will be refunded the purchase amount immediately after receipt of the goods and inspection by us. For this purpose, we use the same method of payment as for the purchase - so if you have paid by PayPal, for example, you will also receive the amount back via PayPal.

The costs of the return shipment are at your expense. On request, we will send you a return label for DHL, for which we will deduct EUR 7.50 from the refund amount. See also the details about the right of withdrawal. 

5-year warranty - because we believe in our products!

We grant a warranty of 5 years starting with the date of purchase for all Alu-Dibond pictures purchased from us. This covers defects in color brilliance, defects due to faulty bonding of the aluminum panels and defects in the pre-assembled wall brackets including faulty bonding.

Please take note of our care instructions

We reserve the right to replace or refund the product at our discretion. You will be responsible for the replacement shipment after the 30-day return period has expired. We will cover the return shipping costs.
