Shipping policy
Standard orders are shipped via insured DHL Parcel with tracking. The total shipping costs and shipping method will be displayed at checkout.
For consumers (B2C):
For delivery within Germany, we charge a flat rate of €7.50 for goods worth less than €75.00 - if the goods are worth more than €75.00, delivery is free of charge.
For business customers (B2B):
For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat rate of €7.50 for standard shipments and €49 for bulky items, depending on size and weight. The actual shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. We currently offer B2B shipping only for delivery addresses in Germany.
Shipping is always from Germany. For delivery from Germany to foreign countries, customs duties, taxes and fees may apply, which are not included in the displayed base price.

Important Notice for Customers in the EU:
Suspension of Direct Shipping to EU Member States:
Due to the significant increase in bureaucratic requirements and the obligation to register separately in each EU country under the EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR), we have suspended active shipping to other EU countries until further notice. Should any future special regulations come into effect or should we resume shipping to selected individual EU countries, we will list them here immediately.
Purchases by EU customers are still possible (geoblocking compliance):
You can, of course, continue to place orders in our store, provided you specify a shipping address within Germany during the ordering process. This can be, for example, the address of an acquaintance or a commercial package forwarding service based in Germany. In this case, you are responsible for arranging onward transport from Germany to your home country.
