Our goal is always to ensure that you, the customer, are satisfied - and we are committed to constantly improving. Please rate us and our products on Google, Trustpilot, or simply here in the store.

TRANSPARENCY

To ensure that your review is transparent for you and other customers, and to protect against fake reviews, we strictly adhere to the legal requirements for handling reviews in accordance with EU Directive 2019/2161, the so-called Omnibus Directive.

We therefore do not offer any incentives for writing positive reviews. The opinions expressed in the comments reflect only the views of our customers.

We also do not offer any benefits for the withdrawal of a negative review. However, before you write a negative review, we would be grateful if you could contact us first. We are sure that we can find a satisfactory solution!

Every review submitted via our store is checked for authenticity before publication. This ensures that reviews only come from buyers who have actually purchased or used our products.

CRITERIA

In our store, you can rate products with up to 5 stars (1=poor to 5=very good).

You can also add comments and pictures. The average rating for a product is then calculated from all the ratings.

The verification is carried out:

a) by manual verification in the form of a comparison of the rating with the order history in the shop system, in order to make a previous product purchase a necessary condition for publication, or

b) by sending individualized links after completion of an order. These links lead to an online review form and ensure that access to the review function is only granted to buyers who have actually purchased a product.

INDEPENDENT

We use Judge.me as an independent rating system. Judge.me also takes various measures to ensure that posted reviews are genuine and only from consumers who have actually used or purchased the goods.

If Judge.me or we determine that the review is not legitimate, has anomalies or evidence that the purchase of the goods or services cannot be presented, it will be deleted.

Comments and ratings will also be removed if they contain offensive, slanderous, inflammatory, defamatory or otherwise illicit or unethical terms or phrases.
