30-DAY RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our benchmark. To enable you to make your decision at your leisure, we offer you an extended 30-day right of return that goes beyond the legal requirements.

Transparent cost sharing: As the buyer, you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods. To make the process easier for you, we will provide you with a DHL return label upon request. In this case, a service fee of EUR 7.50 will be deducted from your refund amount. Detailed information about your legal rights can be found in our details about the right of withdrawal.

5-YEAR WARRANTY*

We grant a warranty of 5 years starting with the date of purchase for all Alu-Dibond pictures purchased from us. This covers defects in color brilliance, defects due to faulty bonding of the aluminum panels and defects in the pre-assembled wall brackets including faulty bonding. Please take note of our care instructions.

If your claim under the warranty is justified, we will either refund the full purchase price or provide you with a replacement of the same product.
