Your satisfaction is our benchmark. To enable you to make your decision at your leisure, we offer you as an end consumer an extended 30-day right of return that goes beyond the legal requirements.
Please note that this voluntary return policy does not apply to commercial buyers (B2B) or generally to custom-made items (Print-on-Demand).
For returns within Germany, we cover the return shipping costs and you will receive a free DHL return label. For returns from outside Germany, you are responsible for the direct costs of the return shipment.

5-YEAR WARRANTY
We offer a 5-year warranty on all Aluminum Dibond prints purchased from us, effective from the date of purchase as the end consumer.This covers defects in color brilliance, defects due to faulty bonding of the aluminum panels and defects in the pre-assembled wall brackets including faulty bonding. Please take note of our care instructions.
If your claim under the warranty is justified, we will either refund the full purchase price or provide you with a replacement of the same product.
