An Overview of Your Data Control
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. You can easily manage these rights through the portal below.
Alternatively, you can exercise your rights without using this portal. To do so, simply send us an informal message to info@cam-b.de - please specify which data your request concerns so that we can clearly verify your identity and process your request as quickly as possible.
Important Note: To protect your privacy and ensure that only you have access to your data, you must be logged into your customer account. Once you are logged in, the corresponding functions will be automatically activated for you.
- Request export: Receive a copy of your stored information.
- Request an update: Keep your profile data up to date.
- Request personal data deletion: Request the removal of your data.
Note on data deletion:
Please note that we are legally required to store certain data (particularly in connection with orders, invoices, and accounting) for up to 10 years due to tax and commercial law retention periods (pursuant to Section 257 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and Section 147 of the German Fiscal Code (AO)). Therefore, this data cannot be deleted prematurely, even if you submit a deletion request. In such a case, however, your data will be blocked for further use and retained only for the purposes required by law.
