Cancellation policy for consumers
(1) Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal when concluding a distance selling transaction, about which the provider provides information below in accordance with the statutory model. Paragraph (3) contains a sample withdrawal form. In paragraph (4), the provider provides information on cases in which the customer cannot revoke his declaration of intent or in which the customer loses an initially existing right of revocation.
(2) Cancellation policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. You can use the sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory, or you can fill out and submit a clear statement electronically on our website https://cam-b.store/en/pages/withdrawal-form. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal by email. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. We will cover the cost of returning the goods for returns within Germany. For returns from abroad, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their condition, characteristics, and functionality.
(3) Sample withdrawal form
The choice is yours: for particularly fast processing, you can submit your withdrawal directly online. After submitting, you will immediately receive a confirmation email.

(4) Non-existence of the right of withdrawal
Unless the parties have agreed otherwise in individual cases, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and the production of which is governed by an individual choice or determination by the consumer, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (e.g., Print-on-Demand products or wall art in custom dimensions/specifications).
Warranty terms and scope Voluntary right of return
You have the right to return items purchased from us within 30 days (voluntary right of return). Please note that this voluntary right of return does not apply to commercial buyers (B2B) or, in general, to items made to order (Print-on-Demand). You will be refunded the purchase amount immediately after receipt of the returned goods and subsequent inspection by us. We will use the same method of payment as for the purchase. For example, if you paid via PayPal, you will also receive the amount back via PayPal.

Making a claim under the guarantee
You can notify the guarantor of your request for return before the end of the 30-day return period. The return period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. The request to return the goods can be sent by email to info@cam-b.de, in writing to the above business address, or via the online form on our website https://cam-b.store/en/pages/withdrawal-form. If you use the online form, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt of your return request by email.
You must return the goods to us within 14 days of submitting your return request. For returns within Germany, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns from abroad, you are responsible for the direct costs of the return shipment. The deadline is met if the goods are shipped on time.
Statutory warranty rights
We would like to point out that you are entitled to statutory rights in the event of defects, which are not restricted by this guarantee. The use of these rights is free of charge.
