Shipping
Shipping is exclusively by insured DHL parcel with tracking number. The complete shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
For delivery within Germany, we charge a flat rate of € 7.50 for goods worth less than € 200.00 - if the goods are worth more than € 200.00, delivery is free of charge.
Shipping is always from Germany. For deliveries from Germany to other countries, customs duties, taxes and fees may be incurred which are not included in the basic price shown.
Delivery times, unless otherwise stated:
Within Germany:
- In stock: approx. 3-5 working days
- Available: approx. 6-10 working days
Within the European Union:
- In stock: approx. 14 working days
- Available: approx. 3-4 weeks
- In preparation, expected to be available from mid-2025
