What is Alu-Dibond?

Alu-Dibond is a composite panel consisting of two aluminum sheets approximately 0.3 mm thick. Between the two sheets is a polyethylene core.

With Alu-Dibond direct printing, the image motif is printed onto the white surface of the composite panel using UV-curing inks and then cured. This results in a robust, matte print image without any distracting reflections. In white or very light areas, the shiny white aluminum layer shines through, giving the image a special look.

Due to its durable and resistant properties, an image printed on Alu-Dibond is also suitable for protected outdoor areas. In addition, Alu-Dibond has a fire-retardant effect and is dimensionally stable up to 80 degrees Celsius.

What editions do you offer?

You can choose from images in the WALL ART Edition, the Premium Partner Edition, and the ART EDITION. Images in the WALL ART Edition are available in various sizes starting at 30 x 20 cm. The wall art from the Premium Partner Edition is licensed by us from our premium partners and, just like the WALL ART Edition, is available exclusively from us. The ART EDITION contains black-and-white motifs on a colored background. You can currently choose from 10 different colors.

What picture sizes do you offer?

We offer various standard sizes of wall art, from 20 x 20 cm to 60 x 40 cm and even panoramic formats. You can find more information about our picture sizes on the Image sizes page.

Are your wall art picures made in the Germany?

Yes, our products are manufactured exclusively in Germany and are therefore Made in Germany. The packaging materials and accessories also come from German companies and are produced in Germany.

How much do the pictures cost?

Our ART EDITION is available from just €49. Wall art from the WALL ART Edition and Premium Partner Edition is available from €99. We also offer limited editions.

Can I also buy your pictures in specialist shops?

Not at the moment; we currently sell our products exclusively online. However, we regularly exhibit our products at trade shows and fairs. You can find the dates for these events on our Instagram account @cam_b.photo.

Can I get images in a different size than specified?

In principle, yes, but we cannot offer all images in the format you may want. For example, the aspect ratio (3:2, 1:1, etc.) must correspond to the original image. Also, the images are not always suitable for arbitrary enlargement, as this can cause them to become blurry or pixelated. Simply let us know which image you would like and in what size, we will check the technical possibilities and send you a personalized quote.

Can I get a color image from the store in black and white?

Unfortunately not, the photographer deliberately created a color (or black-and-white) image.

Do you also offer frames?

All of our wall art comes unframed as standard, but you can also order high-quality aluminum frames in various colors or real wood frames for an additional charge. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

How do I hang my wall art?

All wall art measuring 30 x 20 cm or larger is delivered with a pre-mounted aluminum rail on the back. Our original cam/b® wall mount set is also included in the delivery. It contains two eccentric discs, screws, and dowels. With the help of our drilling templates, which you can download, nothing stands in the way of correct installation.

If you have a gallery rail, you can attach the pictures directly there; you only need two picture hooks per picture. You can conveniently order these directly from us.

ART EDITION pictures have a pre-mounted wall hook on the back and can therefore be attached directly to the wall with a nail, for example. The pictures from our current sale do not have an aluminum rail, but we deliver them with a FISSART 6060 holder for self-assembly.

Can I also have my own pictures printed by you?

In our store, we only offer finished products for private customers (B2C) and no custom prints.

However, as a company or institution, you can order commissioned work from us that also includes printing on external media. You can find details on this in the “Business” section.

ORDERING PROCESS

Are there discounts for larger quantities?

If you would like to purchase a large number of pictures for your office or practice, please contact us by email before making your purchase. We will be happy to provide you with a customized quote.

Is there a minimum order value?

No, but some vouchers require a minimum order value.

What payment options do I have?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Klarna. Secure and encrypted via SSL. Alternatively, you can also pay in advance by bank transfer.

Choose which payment method you would like to use. All data is, of course, transmitted securely and encrypted via SSL. You can find all the payment options we offer on the Payment page.

Do I need a customer account?

No, you can also place an order with us without creating a customer account. Of course, we will need your email address and delivery address for one-time orders. However, in accordance with our privacy policy, this data will only be stored for the purpose of processing your order.

Can I cancel my order?

If it is technically possible and your order has not yet been shipped, we will be happy to try to accommodate your cancellation. Please use the contact form and provide us with the order number and the email address you used when placing the order. However, once two hours have passed since the order was placed, cancellation is no longer technically possible.

After that, you still have the option of returning the ordered goods within 30 days of receipt under your right of withdrawal. Details on your right of withdrawal can be found here.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation immediately after placing your order. This is usually sent within a few minutes. If you do not receive it, please check your spam or junk folder or contact us.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, we only ship via insured shipping with a tracking number. You will receive this as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

How long is the delivery time?

Unless otherwise stated, delivery times after receipt of order are as follows:

Within Germany:

  • In stock: approx. 3-5 working days
  • Available: approx. 6-10 working days

Within the European Union:

  • In stock: approx. 14 working days
  • Available: approx. 3-4 weeks

Can I purchase on account?

If you select Klarna at checkout, you have the option to pay by invoice via Klarna, subject to credit approval. For more information, please visit the Payment page.

Why isn't my voucher working?

Please first check that the spelling is correct, paying attention to upper and lower case letters. It is also possible that there is a minimum order value for a product or the voucher. If you encounter any problems, please use our contact form.

I haven't received my voucher!

Our voucher will be sent to the email address you entered immediately after purchase, or to the address you specified as the recipient (if you sent the voucher as a gift). If you have not received the voucher, please check your junk or spam folder. If you retrieve your emails from your provider via POP3 or IMAP, log in to your web mailer and check the junk or spam folders there.

If the voucher is not there either, please write to us using the contact form (not by email), as this is the only way to ensure that we receive your message.

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

How do I cancel my order?

You can return all items purchased from us free of charge within 30 days.

Please send us your written cancellation by email to info@cam-b.de, stating your email address and your order or invoice number. You can use the sample cancellation form for this purpose.

Once we have received and confirmed your cancellation, you will receive a return address. You are responsible for the costs of the return shipment, so you can use a shipping service provider of your choice to return the goods. Alternatively, we can send you a return label for DHL, in which case we will deduct EUR 7.50 from the refund amount or, for larger shipments, the amount originally spent on shipping to you. When returning goods, please use the original box to ensure that the goods arrive undamaged. In accordance with your right of return, you will receive a refund of the purchase price immediately after we have received and inspected the goods. We will use the same method as for the purchase: if, for example, you paid via PayPal, you will receive a refund via PayPal.

What should I do if the shipment is damaged?

If the shipping box arrives damaged, first check whether the product has also been damaged. If this is the case, document the damage to the product and the box with photos and send them to us by email. Keep both the product and the shipping box until we have checked the process.

As a rule, you will receive a replacement delivery from us as soon as possible.

How can I complain about my wall art picture?

If you have a complaint, please send us an email stating the reason for the complaint. It is best to document this with photos. We will get back to you as soon as possible and find a solution to the complaint.

Please report obvious defects in the product, such as damaged corners or surface defects, immediately after you have taken possession of the wall art picture.

As part of the 5-year warranty, you can also complain to us about defects in color brilliance, defects due to faulty bonding of the aluminum panels, and defects in the pre-assembled wall brackets, including faulty bonding. The 5-year warranty is valid from the date of purchase (invoice date).
