What is alu-dibond?

Alu-Dibond is a composite panel consisting of two approx. 0.3 mm thick aluminum plates. Between the two plates there is a core of polyethylene. Due to its durable and resistant properties, a picture printed on Alu-Dibond is also suitable for protected outdoor use. Furthermore, Alu-Dibond has fire-retardant properties, is damp washable and dimensionally stable.

Can I get a picture in a different size than specified here?

Technically, yes. However, we can not offer all images in the format you may want. For example, the aspect ratio (3:2, 1:1, etc.) must correspond to the original picture. Also, the pictures are not always suitable for any enlargement as they then become blurry or pixelated. Just let us know which picture you would like to have in which size, we will check the technical possibilities and you will receive an individual offer.

I would like to get one of the color pictures here in black and white, is that possible?

Unfortunately no, because the photographer has deliberately created a color (or black and white) picture. 

Can I also print my own pictures with you?

No, we only offer finished products and not individual prints. However, if you are a professional photographer, you might consider the cam/b ® - premium partners program.

What does "Pre-Order" mean?

Images marked with "Pre-Order" will be ordered from our print shop only after your purchase, this results in a slightly longer delivery time. Images without the addition "Pre-Order" are ready for shipment directly from stock.

Are the pictures ready to hang?

Yes, if you select the option "aluminum rail" this is already professionally pre-assembled and you can hang the picture immediately!

If you select the picture "without" hanging hardware you will receive only the picture without suspension.

How long does the delivery take?

If the product is in stock, you will usually receive your new image within 6 business days. For pre-order products usually within 2 weeks, as these go into production only after receipt of order. Special orders are usually received within 3 weeks because they are still processed according to your requirements and only then go into production. Do you have a local store?

Currently not, we distribute our products exclusively online. However, we are also always with our products at exhibitions or fairs. Dates for this can be found on our Instagram account @cam_b.photo.

The delivered picture looks different from the colors as here in the store!

Color deviations are normal because a print always deviates from the screen display. With alu-dibond direct printing, the print image is usually always a bit "duller" than on a screen, also because the surface is matte and not glossy. If you want a more "luminous" image you need to take another printing method, such as printing on acrylic glass - but we currently do not offer this.

Are there discounts for larger quantities?

If you would like to purchase a larger number of images for your office or clinic, please contact us by e-mail before purchasing. We will be happy to make you an individual offer.

Are your products "Made in Germany"?

Yes, our products are exclusively manufactured in Germany. Even the packaging material and accessories come from German companies.

I am not satisfied with the product I received, can I return it?

Yes, you can return any product without giving any reason within 30 days of purchase and you will get your money back. You can find out more in the right of withdrawal section and on and on the Warranty page.

Is there a minimum order value?

No, however some vouchers may require a minimum order value.

How can I pay?

We offer you various payment options in our store. Decide which payment method you would like to use. All data is of course transmitted securely and encrypted via SSL. You can find all the payment options on the Payment page.
