Black and white and color: the perfect harmony
Dirk EichlerPRESS RELEASE | PRODUCT
No. 001/2025 dated January 1, 2025
The new ART EDITION product series combines classic black and white photography with color backgrounds. “The motifs are not only well-known buildings from various German cities, such as the Rhine Tower in Düsseldorf, but also technical facilities such as the Effelsberg radio telescope!” says Dirk Eichler, company owner. Wuppertal is also currently represented with two motifs in the new product series: One is the Toelle Tower and the other is the Wuppertal suspension railroad, with more motifs to follow.
The special feature of this product series is the possibility to choose between different backgrounds: From elegant black or white to bright green or yellow. This brings the black and white motif even more into focus for the viewer and creates a unique and individual, sometimes abstract harmony. There are currently ten different colors to choose from.
What all the murals in this exclusive series have in common is that the GPS coordinates of the location where the photo was taken are printed on the picture as an integral part of the image. The lettering is either white or black, depending on the background color selected.
Individual elements of the print can be felt thanks to the matt Alu-Dibond direct print, which even creates a small 3D effect. In contrast to acrylic glass or the classic glass picture holder, direct printing almost completely avoids reflections on the surface.
The ART EDITION is supplied in a black gift box complete with pre-mounted high-quality wall bracket and spacer. You will also receive a certificate of authenticity with hologram, a small brochure on how to care for the product and the obligatory product safety instructions.
