To ensure maximum security and a more convenient shopping experience, we at cam/b® have switched to a new, password-free customer account system

First things first: You no longer need a fixed password. In the past, passwords were often a security risk or were simply forgotten. With the switch to modern identity management, that’s a thing of the past. You now log in easily using a one-time code (OTP), which you’ll receive securely via email every time you try to log in.

It’s also important to know that if you don’t have a customer account yet, simply entering your email address and confirming it with the code sent to you will automatically create a new account for you. A separate registration process is no longer necessary.

What does “OTP” actually mean?

The abbreviation stands for One-Time Password. This is a security code that is valid for a single login only and expires immediately after use. Since this code is regenerated each time and sent to your personal email inbox, your account is much better protected against unauthorized access than with a traditional, permanent password.

Do you already have a customer account with us?

If you already have a customer account with us, we have already fully migrated it for you. For you, this means: You don’t need to do anything else. Your existing account has been automatically converted to the new, password-free system. The next time you log in, simply enter your email address as usual - your entire order history and your saved data will be immediately available to you in the new design.

Visual history: All orders, including product images and prices.

Whether you're moving or need a delivery to your office, you can now manage, update, or add new billing and shipping addresses in your profile at any time. This ensures that every package arrives exactly where you need it.

Convenient Payment: Securely Saved Payment Information

To make your next checkout even faster, you can securely save your preferred payment method (e.g., your credit card).

Important for your security: Our shop system is certified to the highest global standard (PCI-DSS Level 1), and your data is processed using high-level encryption. For our customers in Europe, data is primarily stored on servers within the European Economic Area (EEA) to ensure full GDPR compliance.

One login for the whole world: Our Shop App from Shopify

The Shop App makes things especially easy for you. Since cam/b® is part of the vast Shopify network, you benefit from seamless authentication:
Once you’ve logged in to the Shop App, you’re automatically authorized to shop at over 6 million Shopify stores worldwide. For you, this means a single, secure login for the entire shopping world—without having to constantly log in again.
