Instagram: A new chapter begins
Timo EichlerInstagram is constantly evolving—with new icon layouts, changed image formats, and the introduction of additional apps such as ‘Edits’—and we are also adapting to these dynamic changes.
From now on, we will be presenting our posts in a magazine-style layout within carousel posts. The feed will first show a post image as a cover with text. Swiping further will reveal a series of six posts, including the actual artwork in its original aspect ratio. This approach is necessary to accommodate Instagram's standardized 4:5 format, as most of our images are in the classic 3:2 format. In addition, each post includes a visual preview (mockup) that shows how the respective mural can look in a room.
The complete description—including caption, dimensions, and name of the work—is included in the text of the post. We rotate the works so that you can discover pieces from the WALL ART Edition, the ART EDITION, and the Premium Partner Edition in turn.
