You have probably already heard that the EU has adopted new guidelines for online commerce. From June 19, 2026, online shops will be required to provide an easily accessible “cancellation button,” known as the EU cancellation button. The aim is to enable customers to cancel contracts without having to search for the button or write informal letters. We support this initiative—and we believe that our customers should not have to wait months for this convenience.

EU Directive 2023/2673, the implementation of which was published in the Federal Law Gazette on February 5, 2026, requires online retailers, platform operators, and other digital service providers to provide a digital withdrawal button from June 19, 2026.

We are live – months before the official deadline

While a large part of the market is still working on the technical implementation, we have already made it a reality. From now on, you will find a direct, barrier-free link to our new withdrawal form in our shop.

Detailed information about your rights can be found on our page on the right of withdrawal. Your trust is particularly important to us: beyond the statutory obligation of 14 days, we grant you an extended withdrawal period of 4 weeks in total (voluntary right of return). This gives you enough time to convince yourself of the quality of our products.
